Later, in January 22, 1936, under the Society's second name of 1926, the Smoky Valley Historical Society, are shown the names of the leaders and members involved in a short-term transaction of selling the Coronado Heights property to the Saline County Commissioners, which was later returned to the Society.* The information comes from former Smoky Valley Historical Association Secretary Mrs. Elizabeth Jaderborg (1918-2016) found in her story, "Coronado Outlook" and found here in Saline County Book of Records. Book 109 p. 313-314.
